Your Eating Plan

Chances are that you have a six pack already but because of a layer of fat hiding them, you cannot see them. You have got the six pack from the activities you do normally everyday. Getting rid of the body fat layer is the challenge. This can only be done by getting rid of the foods that put the layer there in the first place. I am not a dietician so I will not go into a list of good foods. You know the difference.

Your Exercise Plan

This part is called sweat equity You basically have to build the abs up to have them show but do not just do sit ups and crunches. Make it part of your routine to get bigger all over. Your Thinking

Only by staying strong in your attitude wil you succeed. We all get tempted to stray off path occasionally. Don’t expect a grouse set of abs in two weeks. Give yourself twelve weeks at the bare minimum.
